凸(tu)模(mo)在(zai)模(mo)具(ju)(ju)中(zhong)起(qi)着很重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)设计形(xing)状、尺寸精度(du)及(ji)(ji)(ji)材料硬度(du)都(dou)直接(jie)影响模(mo)具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冲(chong)裁质(zhi)量、使用(yong)寿命及(ji)(ji)(ji)冲(chong)压(ya)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)精度(du)。在(zai)实际生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)产加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong),由于(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)内(nei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)残留应(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)变形(xing)及(ji)(ji)(ji)放电产生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)热应(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)变形(xing),故应(ying)(ying)首先加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)好穿(chuan)丝(si)(si)孔进行封闭式切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge),尽可能避(bi)免开放式切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)而(er)(er)(er)发生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)变形(xing)。如(ru)果受(shou)限于(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)尺寸而(er)(er)(er)不(bu)能进行封闭形(xing)式切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge),对于(yu)(yu)(yu)方(fang)形(xing)毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)件(jian),在(zai)编程(cheng)时(shi)应(ying)(ying)注意选择好切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)路(lu)线(xian)(或(huo)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)方(fang)向(xiang))。切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)路(lu)线(xian)应(ying)(ying)有(you)利于(yu)(yu)(yu)保(bao)证工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)过程(cheng)中(zhong)始(shi)终与夹(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(装夹(jia)(jia)支撑架)保(bao)持(chi)(chi)在(zai)同一坐标系,避(bi)开应(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)变形(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影响。夹(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)固定在(zai)左(zuo)端,从(cong)葫(hu)芦(lu)形(xing)凸(tu)模(mo)左(zuo)侧,按逆时(shi)针方(fang)向(xiang)进行切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge),整个毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)依据切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)路(lu)线(xian)而(er)(er)(er)被(bei)分(fen)为(wei)左(zuo)右两部(bu)(bu)分(fen)。由于(yu)(yu)(yu)连接(jie)毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)左(zuo)右两侧的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料越割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)越小,毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)右侧与夹(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)逐渐脱离,无法(fa)抵抗内(nei)部(bu)(bu)残留应(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)而(er)(er)(er)发生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)变形(xing),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)也随(sui)之变形(xing)。若按顺时(shi)针方(fang)向(xiang)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)留在(zai)毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)左(zuo)侧,靠近夹(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)位,大部(bu)(bu)分(fen)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)过程(cheng)都(dou)使工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)与夹(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)保(bao)持(chi)(chi)在(zai)同一坐标系中(zhong),刚性较好,避(bi)免了应(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)变形(xing)。一般情(qing)况(kuang)下,合(he)理的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)路(lu)线(xian)应(ying)(ying)将(jiang)(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)与夹(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)位分(fen)离的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)段安排在(zai)总的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)程(cheng)序末端,即将(jiang)(jiang)暂停点(dian)(支撑部(bu)(bu)分(fen))留在(zai)靠近毛(mao)(mao)坯(pi)夹(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)端的(de)(de)(de)(de)部(bu)(bu)位。  中(zhong)走(zou)丝(si)(si)线(xian)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)机(ji)床适合(he)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)各种复(fu)杂形(xing)状的(de)(de)(de)(de)冲(chong)模(mo)及(ji)(ji)(ji)单件(jian)齿轮、花键、尖角窄缝类零件(jian) ,具(ju)(ju)有(you)速(su)度(du)快、周期(qi)短等优点(dian),应(ying)(ying)用(yong)非(fei)常(chang)普及(ji)(ji)(ji)。高速(su)走(zou)丝(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)线(xian)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)机(ji)床的(de)(de)(de)(de)电极丝(si)(si)主要是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)钼丝(si)(si),电极丝(si)(si)运动(dong)速(su)度(du)快通(tong)常(chang)为(wei)8~12米/秒,而(er)(er)(er)且是(shi)双向(xiang)往(wang)返循环运行,在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)过程(cheng) 中(zhong)很容易发生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)断丝(si)(si)。如(ru)果在(zai)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)过程(cheng)中(zhong)多次(ci)断丝(si)(si),不(bu)仅会(hui)造成(cheng)一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)经济(ji)损失,而(er)(er)(er)且会(hui)带来重(zhong)新绕丝(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)麻(ma)烦;不(bu)仅耽误(wu)时(shi)间,而(er)(er)(er)且会(hui)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)上产生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)断丝(si)(si)痕迹,影响加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)质(zhi) 量,严(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)会(hui)造成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)报废(fei)。
